Don't drink water in these situations


Water is of vital importance for our existence and fitness. However, that doesn’t mean that we need to continuously drink plenty of it . It's also very important to consider what type of water we drink. If you ever discover yourself in any of these situations, think carefully before reaching for a glass of water.

1. You have already drunk a large quantity

It's possible to drink a massive quantity of water which isn’t always proper for our fitness. Humans are tempted to drink lots of water if they trust that drinking a huge amount will assist with cleansing. The truth is that it will disturb the stability of salts which can cause fitness problems and vomiting. It is better to drink throughout the whole day in smaller portions.

2. Your urine is clear

If your urine is clear and moderate it probably means your frame has enough fluids and you shouldn’t drink lots of water . However, if your urine has a dark yellow colour then you should drink some water.

3. You just ate a massive meal

The best method to lower the amount of energy you’re taking in is to drink a glass of water earlier than your meal , that way you may eat a smaller amount of food. If you drink large quantities of water before or in the course of a meal , it will slow down digestion and cause bloating.

4. You have been exercising for a longer time

It is advisable to drink a little bit of water whilst you are exercising and be careful of some energy sports drinks which compromise of electrolytes. Coconut water is low in calories, rich in potassium, sodium and magnesium.

5. You are offered flavoured water

Flavoured water has masses of sugar and artificial sweeteners which are not good for your frame and digestion. They add the feeling of hunger and might result in gaining weight. Make your own natural flvoured water with lemon, lime, cucumber or watermelon.
